“Wood Ducks” – 8”X 10” Wisconsin Waterfowl Stamp competition finalist While I still own the original, it is also a limited edition print. It was my first duck stamp competition and it was also my favorite entry. This is just one of many duck stamp finalist paintings…all Wood ducks. I love Wood ducks, but not for the obvious coloration. I just love how small they are and the shape of their heads and beaks. For an artist they are interesting in that they nest and perch in trees.
